Corazon is a tribute blend dedicated to the hard work that goes into all farming practices worldwide. We initially wanted a coffee to recognize all of the hands that touch coffee from us to the farms. Quickly realizing that it's the same effort and passionate work that all farmers of all produce and crops endeavor around the world we live on. It’s a heavy effort and passionate journey and at Myriad Coffee we recognize that effort! Currently the blend is composed of 75% Veracruz, Mexico and 25% Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It's a blend that you can use for espresso giving you that fudgy under ripe strawberry vibe that we all love so much. Or as a regular pour over coffee or French press. Corazon is roasted for those looking to entertain guests but fancy enough to entertain the coffee nerd friend we all have. Enjoy this coffee on a comfy brown leather chair listening to Miles Davis. Sometimes the world gives us parrales. We believe that naming our coffee Corazon (heart) opened an opportunity to assist with Denise Redeker, founder of Heart Felt Help Foundation .
