The Tried and True Blend is back. We always want to have a coffee for the coffee enthusiast who can't quite find a single origin that hits the spot. We think about all the wonderful sweet notes that we like in high grown coffees or in coffees that are roasted lighter to highlight acidity. In a way that is approachable, fruity but at the same time floral, sweet with well-balanced texture and a long finish, this coffee is a treat.
Tried and True is back for season two.. Time to reflect back on the year as we're drinking this coffee about all those mistakes yet at the same time accomplishments after trying something over and over again.
This year we found a really delicious naturally processed Costa Rican coffee from La Esperanza in San Jose. A lot of great ferment-y fruit vibes are coming from this coffee therefore so we decided to pair it with Cosurca Colombia. A coffee that adds texture softens those vibrant and electrifying notes without compromise but adds a soft weight and really soft pineapple and mandarin finish.
Tried and True is a blend for you. It's a blend for people who enjoy blends but it's also a myriad of our best coffees that we have at the moment working in harmony together to bring you tropical flavors of strawberry, ripe plum and a long-lasting wine like finish with a silky mouthfeel.
